Bu Gizlilik Politikası, e-iPAT mobil uygulamasının (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kullanıcılarından hangi bilgileri topladığını, bu bilgileri nasıl işlediğini ve hangi haklara sahip olduğunuzu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Verileriniz yalnızca yukarıda listelenen üçüncü taraf hizmetler kapsamında, hizmetin gerektirdiği ölçüde işlenir. Yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altı kullanıcılardan veri toplamayız.
Veriler HTTPS üzerinden şifreli olarak iletilir. Sunucu tarafında erişim sınırlandırılmış ve denetim kayıtları tutulur. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmadığından mutlak güvenlik garanti edilemez.

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden veya bize e-posta atarak silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde tüm sorgu geçmişiniz ve kişisel verileriniz 30 gün içinde silinir (yasal zorunluluklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla).
Bu politikada değişiklik yapabiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden veya e-posta yoluyla bildiririz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi bu sayfanın üstünde yer alır.

This Privacy Policy describes what information the e-iPAT mobile application (hereinafter the "App") collects from its users, how it processes this information, and your rights. By using the App, you accept this policy.

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only processed within the third-party services listed above, to the extent required by the service. Your data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS. Server-side access is restricted and audited. No system is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

You can delete your account from within the app or by emailing us. After deletion, all your query history and personal data is erased within 30 days (subject to legal retention obligations).
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or via email. The "Last updated" date appears at the top of this page.
